As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma therapy, I am deeply passionate about supporting adolescent girls and adult women through life’s challenges—whether it’s navigating relationships, processing past trauma, or reconnecting with a sense of self. At different stages of life, it’s easy to feel lost or disconnected, uncertain of who you are or what you need. You deserve a space to prioritize yourself, embrace your authentic values, and feel confident in your own skin. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, and I strive to ensure that all clients feel seen, supported, and respected. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and capable of showing up fully as yourself. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and living in alignment with your true self.
